Your guest will need to send a e-mail to talktous@gooseandtwigs.com or call (920) 854 3212 making reference to the event last name and with the same information you previously provided.

The Credit Card provided are not charged until the arrival day.

Your guests must exchange the information no later than 90 days before the arrival date to release you from the responsibility to cancel, however, your card will remain on hold to cover incidentals outside the rooms. The cancellation policy is 60 days before the arrival day. This is a Family Loading, “WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY KIND OF VENDORS”, it is for wedding guest only. There is a fee of $500.00 not refundable if we find out there is a vendor in the rooms.

In all cases your guest have to adjust to the special events policy.
